Our Process Vessels are designed and equipped with the controls and accessories to complete a sub-process as part of an overall process. The material that the process vessel is made of, as well as its accessories and controls, depend on its intended use.
Blending, Fermentation, Separation, Cooling, Purification and Changing a Material’s State are just some of the processes that can be carried out in our process vessels. Our vessels may be connected to the previous or next processes horizontally or vertically as per the requirement.
The various steps, stages or processes in the process industries usually have specific requirements such as Time, Pressure, Temperature and other operating conditions. Alesol process vessels allow the proper control of the required operating conditions in every step until the desired product is attained.

The process industries include Refineries, Food and Drug Manufacturing, Chemicals, Paint and other similar operations that manufacture products in bulk quantities. Following are some of the types of process vessels that we provide:

  • Process Vessels to separate components from the raw material or process input such as the benzene splitter in an oil refinery.
  • The reactor pressure vessel for processes that require pressure to take place or create pressure resulting from the process.
  • Jacketed process vessels for processes that need to maintain a required temperature.
  • Lined process vessels commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and paper industries, for processing substances that may cause rust or corrosion to the equipment.

Limpet / Half-Pipe Coil Jacket Process Vessels

Great for large tank applications, our Half-Pipe or Limpet Coil Process Vessels are generally used for high-temperature applications. The piping sits on the outside of theses tanks or vessels and allows for temperature controlling fluid or gas to flow around the contents of the tank without directly interacting with it (such as cooling water, steam, or hot oil).
Our Half-Pipe Coil Jackets provide optimal strength, rated to 750 psig (depending on material thickness), while utilizing light-gauge metal for fabrication that saves on material expenses. In addition, Half-Pipe jackets or Limpet Coils are recommended for high temperature industrial processes and all liquid head transfer applications.
Preferred for high-temperature industrial processing applications, these vessels are also excellent for heat transfer and thermal fluid heating systems, particularly when the utility fluid is a liquid. These Half-Pipe or Limpet jackets can also be divided into multi-pass zones for maximum flexibility.
