Process Tanks & Vessels

Being one of the leading manufacturer of top class process equipment and systems, our mission is to be the best at design, fabrication and erection of steel based process vessels, tanks and reactors. Our performance standards and goals are dictated by safety, unsurpassed quality, and maintaining schedules that are significantly better than industry-available time frames. Since over few decades Alesol Equipment has grown to establish a focus on customer service along with meeting world-class quality standards. We offer a wide range of Process Vessels and Reactors matching the diverse range of applications and requirements of various process industries. With Alesol, you can be assured of matchless quality, cost, life cycle support, innovation & performance of the products supplied to you.
Our Process Vessels are designed and equipped with the controls and accessories to complete a sub-process as part of an overall process. The material that the process vessel is made of, as well as its accessories and controls, depend on its intended use.
Blending, Fermentation, Separation, Cooling, Purification and Changing a Material’s State are just some of the processes that can be carried out in our process vessels. Our vessels may be connected to the previous or next processes horizontally or vertically as per the requirement.
The various steps, stages or processes in the process industries usually have specific requirements such as Time, Pressure, Temperature and other operating conditions. Alesol process vessels allow the proper control of the required operating conditions in every step until the desired product is attained.

The process industries include Refineries, Food and Drug Manufacturing, Chemicals, Paint and other similar operations that manufacture products in bulk quantities. Following are some of the types of process vessels that we provide:

  • Process Vessels to separate components from the raw material or process input such as the benzene splitter in an oil refinery.
  • The reactor pressure vessel for processes that require pressure to take place or create pressure resulting from the process.
  • Jacketed process vessels for processes that need to maintain a required temperature.
  • Lined process vessels commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and paper industries, for processing substances that may cause rust or corrosion to the equipment.
  • An autoclave is used for processes that require high temperatures and high pressures in a sterile environment.

Our Process Vessels are usually designed and manufactured according to the challenging process requirements of different process industries. Each type of our Process Vessels are equipped with the following common features:-

Salient Features
  • Access Cover
  • Ventilation
  • Sample point
  • Sight glass, with or without light
  • Connecting all kinds of sensors and signal generators.
  • CIP Equipment.
  • Mixers, located at the top, on the side or at the bottom e.g. bottom-mounted magnetic agitator.

Conventional Jacket Process Vessels

JACKETED VESSELS FOR ALL APPLICATIONS WITH FLEXIBILITY TO MEET THE MOST DEMANDING DESIGN

Our Conventional vessel jackets offer a complete extra covering for all or part of the vessel. These are ideal for high-pressure applications and offer unique insulation benefits, creating both an inner and outer vessel wall. These jackets come in baffled and unbaffled styles, with agitating nozzles helping to improve turbulence and overall efficiency in the absence of baffles.
We offer premium quality tailoredConventional Jacket Process Tanks & Vessels to suit multiple applications in various process industries. These Vessels are designed for controlling temperature of its contents, by using a cooling or heating "jacket" around the vessel through which a cooling or heating fluid is circulated. In these vessels, a second shell is installed over a portion of the vessel, creating an annular space within which cooling or heating medium flows. TheseVessels are constructed to get maximum output value from any process treatment.

Advantages:
  • Contains a second shell over the vessel
  • Creates an annular space that allows for cooling or heating medium to flow through
  • Long Service Life
  • Sturdiness
  • High Durability
  • Cost effective
  • Excellent Efficiency
  • No leakages.
  • Best used for low pressure applications (<50 psig)
  • Commonly used with high volume fluids

These vessels are operated at atmospheric pressure or vacuum and reduce problems generated by speed regulator or transistor based converters and are widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. These are constructed with Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and various alloys and are available in mirror polishing, matt polishing, and acid passivation and also available in different maximum pressure.

Salient Features:
  • Available in the range of 500 Liters to 60,000 Liters.
  • Offered in Stainless Steel 316, 304 or Carbon Steel Material.
  • Adheres to ASME and other International Standards with special attention to Argon and Arc welding procedures.
  • Save Energy using two part Jacket design for smaller batch
  • GMP range of equipment available for Pharmaceutical industry. With mirror finish from 220 grit to 440 grit, smooth welding, flush grinding and Insulation with mirror finished S.S cladding.
  • Energy efficient direct drive design for the agitator , with VFD option to vary the RPM of the drive
  • Vessel design with form cutter for the process which generates forms
  • Save time and money with our Value added products and services like Process Automation, valves and fittings.
  • Manufactured as per custom specifications.
  • Manufacturing facilities approved by the renowned consultants and Third party inspection agencies.
  • Spirals welded on outer surface of the main vessel for uniform circulation of heating or cooling media like steam, oil, water etc. and also provides extra strength to the main vessel.
